How to make Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients
Makes a 16 oz serving
- 1 tea bag of Stash Premium Green or Organic Premium Green tea or 1 teaspoon of Stash Premium Green or Organic Premium Green loose leaf tea
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 banana
- Ice
Directions
Pour 1/4 cup of almost-boiling water into a cup with the tea and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove tea and add contents to a blender. Add banana and pineapple juice and blend with ice.
