The lemon ginger vitality tea provides a spicy kick, while the mixed berry puree and lemon juice add a touch of sweetness. The fresh mint leaves add a crisp, cool flavor that balances out the sweetness, making this a well-rounded and enjoyable drink for any occasion.

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • 6 Lemon Ginger Vitality tea bags
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water and steep 6 Lemon Ginger Vitality tea bags for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
  3. In a blender, puree 2 cups of mixed berries until smooth.
  4. In a large pitcher, mix the tea, berry puree, honey, lemon juice, and fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve the mixture over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves and mixed berries.
