One of our favorite drinks to enjoy in the morning, an iced matcha latte is a great balance of sweetness, creaminess, and pure green tea flavor.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons Organic Japanese Matcha powdered green tea
8 ounces milk (any kind you prefer)
Milk frother or small whisk
Ice cubes
Sweetener (optional)
Directions
Put the matcha powder in a cup and, if you like, your choice of sweetener. Slowly pour in the milk, either whisking the ingredients together as you go or using a frother to combine. Continue mixing until your latte is frothy.
Tip: If your latte is getting too watered down from melting ice cubes, use matcha ice cubes instead! Whisk matcha powder into milk and freeze in an ice cube tray, before popping into your green tea latte.
