Organic Rooibos Herbal Tea

This unique tea is tasty and aromatic. It brews up a warm reddish brown color, is full-bodied and slightly sweet. It is a great drink hot or iced, with or without milk and sweetener.

Rooibos (pronounce roy-boss) is an indigenous herb of South Africa that is made from the fine needle-like leaves of the Aspalathus linearis plant. It is harvested, then left to oxidize before drying in the sun. During the plant's ripening process the leaves develop a reddish brown color, explaining why it was given its name "rooibos" or "red bush".

"I love how aromatic and tasty this tea is. It has a beautiful reddish color when it's brewed, and is full-bodied and slightly sweet. When iced it's completely refreshing, and when it's hot it's comforting and wholesome on its own, or with a slight bit of cream." - Kai R. (Retail Store Manager)

Really my FAVE of all teas...

Love the warmness of color, aroma, flavor and the calm balance that is in this tea. Use it in my Keurig cup and it comes out perfect, can get two mugs out of one filling.
