Payment

When you pay by charge card, currency is converted automatically. When paying by check, simply write "U.S. Funds" by the dollar amount, and the bank will convert to the current exchange rate. We also accept U.S. money orders.

Shipping charges

Canada:

For shipments to Canada, please add $7.00 per address in addition to the regular shipping and handling charge.

Outside the U.S. and Canada:

For shipments outside of the U.S. and Canada, please contact Customer Service by phone at 503-684-9725 (weekdays from 8:30-4pm Pacific time), by fax at 503-684-4424, or contact us online. We will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of your order and the destination (your address). We usually ship international orders by way of Express Mail. We can also ship by U.P.S. Air, but it is usually more expensive. Some examples of shipping charges are as follows (by way of Express Mail):
