We've grown a lot in the past 35 years, and that growth is directly related to our relationship with our customers. Here are some of the ways that we demonstrate that commitment:

• Toll-free telephone lines for ordering are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  Our Customer Service line is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, by calling 800-800-TEAS (8327). During those times, your questions will be answered by our friendly, helpful staff who know and love our teas and products.
• Customers increasingly use email to contact us concerning their orders or to inquire about products. We personally answer those emails within two hours every business day.
• Gift certificates, including email certificates, are available in increments of $5 and any combination.
• We include gift cards for any order with a gift message provided and offer gift wrapping services at nominal charges.
• Our Mail Order Customer Service representatives participate in weekly tea tastings to expand their knowledge of our teas. In addition, samples of all our tea accessories are available to them so you can get an accurate description and measurement of any item.
