We are pleased to bring you our new B&B guide and free night offer. Our guide includes many charming and unique inns across the United States and Canada. We hope our guide will serve you well in enjoying your favorite areas and in discovering new ones.

The inns in this booklet are organized by state, province and country in alphabetical order. We've also included information provided by the inns such as rates, number of rooms and the times the free night offer is available. If no dates are indicated, please call the inn to ask when the certificate may be used.

Since there are many popular inns in this guide and because this is a special offer, you must call ahead and make a reservation to use the free night certificate. Many inns are full during summer vacation, holidays, special events, and weekends so they can only offer the free night stay during the week and during off-season times.

Please remember the free night is given to you directly from the inn and the inns are not reimbursed for your free night. Only one certificate is redeemable per stay.

How to use this guide

Call the Bed & Breakfast inn of your choice from this guide.

Tell the innkeeper that you have a Stash Tea certificate for a free night stay. Please identify yourself as a Stash Tea certificate holder. Innkeepers are not obligated to honor the certificate if you do not do this.

Ask about the dates that you wish to stay. The free night offer is not valid at all times at many of the inns and is subject to availability. The free night certificate is not valid with other special offers or discounts.

Some inns set aside specific rooms for certificate holders. If the promotional room is booked you may have to reschedule your plans for another time.

Most inns have restrictions regarding children, smoking and pets. If this affects you be sure to ask in advance what, if any, policies apply.

Please check with individual inns for special meal or accommodation requests including wheel chair accessibility.

Most inns will need a deposit to guarantee a reservation. Some locales require that tax be collected even on free or discounted nights.

Request a confirmation of your reservation. And be sure to ask about cancellation policies.

Be sure to have your Stash Tea free night certificate with you and present it to the innkeeper upon arrival.
