At Stash Tea, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a prompt exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If there is an error with your order or items arrive damaged, please follow the instructions provided here.
You will be required to pay return shipping charges if you want an exchange or refund that was not the error of Stash Tea. Please find instructions below:
Return Instructions/Refunds and Exchanges
- Complete the returns form on the back of the packing slip and include it in the package with the items to be returned.
- Use original carton and packaging materials if possible. Please pack carefully so that products are protected.
- Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used and can take up to 10 business days to process depending on financial institution.
